Trading Competition Terms and Conditions (TNC)

  1. Overview of the competition
    This 30-day trading competition is designed to incentivize traders to demonstrate their trading abilities through real market trading. Participants will be ranked on the basis of return and number of lots traded, with the highest return winning.

  2. Eligibility to participate
    – Participation in this campaign is limited to real accounts designated by the trading contest, demo accounts will not be accepted;
    – New Clients may register to open an account via the specified link and submit valid KYC documents required by the Company in order to obtain the specified real account entries; the KYC requirements may be determined by the Company and amended anytime;
    – All eligible clients can participate in this campaign by adding a designated trading account: Trading Contest through the client terminal;
    – Each client is only allowed to use one trading account to participate at the same time. During the competition period, if the first account abandons to the competition, you can apply for a new trading competition account to participate again;
    – Participants are required to deposit no less than $500 USD into the designated trading account, and once the deposit is made, please contact the account manager or online customer service to apply to participate in this campaign.

  3. Rules of the competition
    – Participation in this campaign is limited to real accounts designated by the trading contest, demo accounts will not be accepted;
    – Trading Hours: To ensure fairness, trading privileges will be opened on May 12, 2025 at 00.00 (GMT+3) for all Trading accounts;
    – Returns are calculated as a percentage of the account’s Net Worth to the account’s Capital at the time of closing, and the final results of the competition will be based on the Winning Percentage of all trading accounts as of June 11, 2025 at 00.00 (GMT+3);
    – Minimum Trading Requirements: Participants are required to close at least 2 standard lots in order to be counted in the ranking. Note: Stocks-CFD 10 lots = 1 standard lot;
    – Trading Instrument: All trading instruments;
    – Scoring Criteria: The final ranking will be evaluated on the basis of the yield and the number of lots completed. In the event of a tie in yield, the winner will be the one with the lower number of lots traded.

  4. Leaderboards
    – The ranking is updated every 12 hours to ensure transparency and accuracy.

  5. Funds management and withdrawal restrictions
    – The participant must deposit the trading account with at least $500 USD during the Trading Competition period. Other account transfers, commission transfers, system fund adjustments, etc. are not counted as valid funds and are not allowed to participate in the competition, unless specifically approved;
    – Participants who request to partially or fully withdraw or transfer out the funds during the competition period will be automatically disqualified.

  6. Other terms and conditions
    – This trading competition (the “Campaign”) is sponsored by RS Finance Limited (“RS Finance” or the “Company”). (“RS Finance” or the “Company”);
    – RS Finance reserves the right to change, amend or terminate the campaign. Any changes, amendments or terminations will be notified to the Client by email. Participation in the campaign shall be deemed to constitute the Client’s acceptance of, and agreement to abide by, any such changes, amendments or modifications;
    – RS Finance will only provide the prizes, customers are responsible for any taxes and duties (if applicable) that may be incurred, the color of the prizes will be based on the merchant’s stock, and prizes will not be exchanged or refunded once the purchase has been completed;
    – The final right of interpretation of the competition belongs to the organizer, who reserves the right to adjust the rules of the competition and has the right to make a final decision based on special circumstances;
    – By participating in RS Finance’s Trading Competition, the Client acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the terms of the activity, which are governed by the Company’s Terms of Use, Risk Disclosure and Client Agreement.

  7. Disclaimer
    – This competition does not constitute any form of investment advice and participants should trade at their own risk, the organizers are not responsible for any trading losses.
